Jonny Williams says there will be no footage of his team-mates reacting to England's performance - as there was at Euro 2016 - in the match against Scotland.
The Crystal Palace midfielder admitted to filming the viral video that appeared to show Wales' squad celebrating England's defeat and elimination from the European Championships at the hands of Iceland in the summer.
Williams maintains there was no ill meaning intended with the leaked footage, but has promised to stay away from his camera phone when England host Scotland at Wembley on Friday - despite admitting to supporting the Scots.
"I won't be videoing it!" said Williams. "I don't know who leaked it last time, to be honest. It killed me and I got a little bit of stick. It was a good laugh though, and I don't think there are any hard feelings.
"We were the last Home Nation to be left in the Euros and, of course, we are going to be happy. It was a surprise as well because Iceland were a small nation like ourselves and fantastic for them.
"It was great to be the last home nation standing in the competition. And, yes, it was a special moment for all of us.
"To win the group after losing to England, it was almost like getting our payback."
England are looking to stay top of World Cup Qualifying Group F with victory over Gordon Strachan's side, with the fixture set to be the first competitive meeting between the two nations since 1999.
Wales will aim to continue their unbeaten start to Group D when they face Serbia on Saturday, live on Sky Sports 1, having endured a 6-1 defeat against them four years ago in the previous qualifying campaign.
"I was on the bench when we lost out there a few years ago," said Williams. "Gareth Bale's goal was probably the only positive of the night.
"They were very good, to be fair. I remember Ivanovic and Kolarov played very well, Tadic and Tosic too. They are still a good side and top of our group.
"But we've come a long way since then under Chris Coleman, so it'll be a different game for sure - a massive game, in fact."
