Gareth Bale puts in full training session ahead of Wales' Euro 2016 semi-final against Portugal

Gareth Bale took part in a full training session with Wales on Tuesday ahead of Wednesday's Euro 2016 semi-final against Portugal.

The Real Madrid star trained on his own the previous day after admitting to still feeling the effects of the quarter-final victory over Belgium in Lille last Friday.

But he was back in action at their base in Dinard, where David Edwards was the only Wales player unable to join in the 15-minute session which was open to the media.

The midfielder was put through his paces by a fitness coach while the remaining 22 trained nearby ahead of the last-four showdown at the Stade des Lumieres in Lyon.

Coach Chris Coleman will not be able to call upon Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey or Spurs defender Ben Davies as the pair are suspended after picking up second yellow cards against Belgium.

Crystal Palace's Jonny Williams is expected to fill in for Ramsey, with either James Collins of West Ham or Fulham's Jazz Richards likely to deputise for Davies.

Following the training session, the players and staff will travel to Lyon where they will face a Portugal side who have failed to register a victory after 90 minutes throughout the tournament.

Led by Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese drew all three of their group matches, then beat Croatia in extra-time and only survived their quarter-final with Poland following a penalty shoot-out.

Wales leave their training base in Brittany ahead of their huge Euro 2016 semi-final with Portugal.

The winners of Wednesday's match will play either Germany or hosts France in the final this Sunday.
