The FA has condemned the conduct of several England fans who made anti-Semitic gestures in a video posted online from Russia.
The governing body says it is working with UK Police to identify the men, who were filmed making Nazi salutes and voicing anti-Semitic chants.
The video is reported to have been filmed at a bar in Volgograd - the site of the Second World War Battle of Stalingrad - where England beat Tunisia in their World Cup opener on Monday.
And the FA said on Wednesday: "We strongly condemn the actions of the people in this video.
"We are working with the relevant authorities, including the UK Police investigations team, who are making enquiries to identify the individuals involved and take appropriate action.
"The disgraceful conduct of the individuals in this video does not represent the values of the majority of English football fans supporting the team in Russia."
Detective Superintendent Caroline Marsh, Investigations Lead at the Russia World Cup, said: "The abhorrent behaviour seen in this video is completely unacceptable and it will not be tolerated.
"Our investigation team in the UK is already making swift enquiries to identify those involved and will seek to take all appropriate action against them."
