Prime Minister Theresa May is expected to attend England's friendly against France on Tuesday with President Macron after they hold talks in Paris.
The French Football Federation (FFF) has planned a number of tributes in memory of those who died in the Manchester and London terror attacks.
The FFF say the tributes will be similar to those organised by the FA before the teams played at Wembley after the Paris attacks in November 2015, with players expected to wear black armbands.
A minute's silence was observed before kick-off for Saturday's World Cup qualifier between Scotland and England, with the same tribute to be paid at the Stade de France on Tuesday evening ahead of the friendly with England.
Fans will hold up red and white placards to form the England flag, while Oasis' 'Don't Look Back in Anger' will be played just before the players emerge, PA Sport understands.
Instead of lining up in teams for the pre-match ceremony at the Stade de France, players will be mixed around the centre circle.
In a change to protocol, the visiting team's national anthem will be played second.
The words of God Save The Queen will be displayed on big screens to encourage all fans to sing along.
The FA is expecting 2,500 England fans at the game.
