England have arrived home after landing at Luton Airport following their humiliating Euro 2016 exit to Iceland.
England suffered a shock 2-1 defeat at the Allianz Riviera on Monday night to bow out of the tournament in the last 16.
It was a result - already being labelled as the worst in England's history - that cost Roy Hodgson his job, the coach resigning immediately after the game.
Earlier on Tuesday Hodgson faced the media for the final time as England boss, denying reports of a player revolt and refusing to be drawn on questions of regret over team selection and tactics.
Asked if he would change any decision, the former Liverpool and Fulham boss said: "It is too early to say. It certainly is the wrong day for me to be talking about it because emotions are too raw.
"Hindsight does always serve the purpose of putting you in the right and if you don't have it you find yourself very often in the wrong."
