Slovakia v England: Jamie Vardy, Daniel Sturridge should start instead of Harry Kane, say skysports.com readers

England should drop Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling for Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge against Slovakia, according to skysports.com readers...
Roy Hodgson has a selection headache ahead of the final Group B fixture at Euro 2016, after Vardy and Sturridge stepped off the bench and both found the net in England's 2-1 comeback win over Wales.
Kane, the Premier League's top scorer in 2015/16 and England's first-choice frontman going into the tournament, was withdrawn at half-time after struggling to find a way past the Welsh backline.
Raheem Sterling - a regular under Hodgson and a starter in both group games - was also withdrawn after 45 minutes after a half to forget for the Man City winger.
It seems skysports.com readers want to see Hodgson reward his super subs Vardy and Sturridge for their second-half displays against Wales by including them from the start against Slovakia - with England able to guarantee a first-place finish in their pool with victory.

We asked skysports.com readers to rank their preferred players to start up front and nearly 200,000 votes were cast.
Readers were given the chance to vote 'positive' or 'negative' on each player and here are the result for the 'positive' votes:
As you can see, England and Leicester City ace Vardy came out on top, with Liverpool forward Sturridge not far behind in second spot.
Sturridge's club team-mate Adam Lallana, who has started both group games as part of a front three, was the third most popular pick.
Surprisingly Manchester United's breakthrough star, 18-year-old Marcus Rashford was the fourth most popular option to start against Slovakia, with more than twice as many 'up votes' as fifth-choice Kane.
Like Kane, Sterling was also withdrawn at half-time against Wales and there was little appetite from skysports.com readers to see him included from the start on Monday night, with the Man City man a distant sixth out of the six options.
