England's whole squad trained on Sunday morning ahead of their final Euro 2016 group game with Slovakia on Monday in St Etienne.
All 23 players were in action on the training pitch in Chantilly, with the only concern being Burnley goalkeeper Tom Heaton who has a mild finger sprain on his left hand. The third-choice 'keeper will still be available for selection though.
The healthy status of his players will be a further boost for manager Roy Hodgson who will be in buoyant mood following their last-gasp victory over Wales on Thursday.
With the new 24-team format, England are assured of a top-three finish and they will top Group B with victory over Slovakia, while a point would also seal first spot if Wales don't beat Russia, also on Monday.
Hodgson's main concern will be who plays up front. Harry Kane has started both games, but was substituted at half-time against the Welsh with Sky Sports pundit Alan Smith saying the Tottenham striker's "legs have given up on him".
Jamie Vardy, Daniel Sturridge and Marcus Rashford came off the bench in Lens, with Vardy and Sturridge on the scoring against Chris Coleman's side, both providing fresh impetus in the second half and inspiring England's comeback after Gareth Bale's first-half free-kick.
Sky Sports News HQ reporter Andy Burton, in France covering the England camp, said: "Hodgson has some difficult decisions to make but it's a good selection headache to have.
"Harry Kane has had two years of non-stop football and you could understand if he was a bit tired. England have plenty of attacking options though and Jamie Vardy is the main option.
"He made an immediate impact against Wales and he has the momentum. 15 months ago he was facing relegation with Leicester. He kept them up, then won the Premier league, scoring 24 goals in 36 games with eight assists. Now he's got the momentum with England."
There is also an option of bringing in Sturridge with Raheem Sterling, withdrawn at the interval against Wales, perhaps making way following his lacklustre contributions in England's opening two games.
Vardy and Sturridge is a pairing Jamie Carragher is keen to see with the Sky Sports football pundit telling SSNHQ: "I'm a massive Kane fan but he hasn't been his normal self at the tournament and I think it's better if Sterling comes out of the team.
"They might leave Kane out and go with Sturridge and Vardy, with Sturridge wide right and Adam Lallana on the left. I think that's the way they may go."
