Gareth Southgate says England U21s can take a massive step toward qualifying for the European Championship with victory in Switzerland on Saturday.
England travel to Thun top of Group nine and on track to reach the finals in Poland next year.
The Young Lions are three points clear at the halfway stage of the qualification process, knowing a victory would lift them six points ahead of their rivals, who are joint second with Norway.
England came from behind to beat Switzerland 3-1 in Brighton in November, with all three goals being scored in the final eight minutes, and Southgate is aware his side must be prepared for a backlash.
"No two games are the same and they were obviously disappointed to lose the game but we have to be ready for a high-quality test," Southgate said.
"It'll be a severe challenge and probably the toughest in the group. The reward for winning out there is huge for us.
"We are focused on understanding the threat they pose but also knowing we have some good players and we want to go and play in the style we always do.
"We know the areas we can improve in and it's part of the evolution of the team," he added.
Hull's Arsenal loanee Isaac Hayden has withdrawn from the squad due to injury, while Nathan Redmond and Duncan Watmore are also unavailable to Southgate through injury. But Leicester's Demarai Gray and Liverpool winger Jordon Ibe are included.
"It's a nice moment for Demarai, we watched him a lot at Birmingham and he has an extremely good mentality. The few opportunities he's had with Leicester he has done very well and working with a coach like Claudio [Ranieri] will only help his game," said Southgate.
Sacked Derby boss Paul Clement has joined Chelsea assistant Steve Holland on the England coaching team, and the head coach believes it's vital to build these relationships.
"I have two Champions League winning coaches so I can just sit back and let them get on with it," Southgate smiled.
"It's nice to reach out to managers and coaches and Chris Powell was watching training on Thursday as well."
