What to expect from the Europa League semi-finals

They did, however, beat Everton in the Champions League qualifying round in 2005 following a controversial decision by Italian referee Pierluigi Collina when he ruled out a Duncan Ferguson header that would have taken the tie into extra-time.

Sevilla beat Shakhtar in the 2006/07 round of 16 on their way to lifting the UEFA Cup for the second season in a row. They are bidding for a hat-trick of successes this year.
