Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen and Dele Alli are all out with injuries for Tottenham's Champions League match with PSV Eindhoven, manager Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed.
Rose has been struggling with a groin problem while Jan Vertonghen and Dele have yet to recover from hamstring injuries.
Christian Eriksen and Mousa Dembele are both available for the match on Wednesday as Tottenham look to pick up their first points of the campaign after losing to Inter Milan and Barcelona.
Eriksen had missed four games with an abdominal injury before coming on as a late substitute at West Ham on Saturday, while Dembele also came off the bench after recovering from a thigh problem.
Pochettino has urged Tottenham's fans to stay out of trouble ahead of the game against PSV who also have no points from their opening two matches.
Spurs have told supporters travelling to the Dutch city that they must collect tickets in person at the Philips Stadion.
A club statement read: "The decision to implement this policy is a result of security advice received in respect of this fixture from both the Metropolitan Police and Dutch authorities, as well as following disturbances on our previous visit to Eindhoven in 2008."
Pochettino said: "My advice is to take care about what you are going to do. It's about supporting your team but always with limits and try to behave in the way that we expect and want.
"We want all the news tomorrow to be about what's on the pitch."
