Charlie Nicholas provides us with his verdict from the Champions League and Europa League draws, labelling Arsenal v Bayern Munich as a "50/50 tie".
Charlie's former club were handed the toughest possible draw on paper with Bayern considered second-favourites with Sky Bet, while Leicester's odds have also drifted after being paired with La Liga high-fliers Sevilla.
Manchester City on the other hand will be expected to come through their last-16 tie with Monaco, while Manchester United and Tottenham will also be favourites to progress in the Europa League after being paired with Saint-Etienne and Gent respectively.
Here's what the Soccer Saturday pundit makes of the draws...
Bayern Munich are obviously one of the teams I didn't want, but if I had to hand pick out of Bayern or Real Madrid it would have definitely been Bayern.
Is this the same Bayern? No I don't think so. Robert Lewandowski is the main threat and Arjen Robben is one that always concerns me. However, I'm not sure he or Thomas Muller are as good as they used to be.
I genuinely think this is a 50/50 draw. When you look at the squads, we've both got plenty in terms of quality and depth.
I understand people will say Bayern are favourites, but why? Have they got a much better team? No. Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez would walk into their side. Manuel Neuer is the best 'keeper in the world but their defence isn't that good.
Being away from home for the first leg allows us to be patient and counter-attack, which we're very good at with the pace of Sanchez and Walcott, so I think being away first makes this a 50/50.
It's a tough draw but I would have feared Real Madrid more and been as concerned by Sevilla. This is the Champions League and we've seen in both competitions they are not the superstar team of two years ago, so I genuinely feel Arsenal can come through here.
Charlie's verdict: Arsenal to qualify
What a cracking draw for Manchester City. They're obviously not in a good place right now but you'd still expect them to come through this tie.
Again we're looking at a team who have changed their style with Monaco turning into a much more attacking force, but City still have far more firepower.
I imagine City will be a much stronger unit come February. I'm not sure what Pep Guardiola can do defensively and if he can find someone who hasn't been cup tied, but he's the right man to solve their problems.
Given I'd be amazed if they weren't better position come the time of the tie, I would say it's a 60/40 split in City's favour and a good draw.
Charlie's verdict: Man City to qualify
Well, this is a tremendously tough one. I think Sevilla could be a dark horse and we know they're a proper tournament team.
Leicester found a bit of form at the weekend with Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez turning up but they've deserved the criticism they've had this season.
That takes nothing away from what they achieved last season and they should build a statue of Claudio Ranieri outside the stadium regardless of what they do now.
In terms of the great European stadiums, Sevilla's might not be regarded as one of the best but I've been to there and it's a really intimidating atmosphere. There's a real strong battling spirit in that stadium.
They're a strong physical side and I think the man who could come back to England and haunt Leicester is Steven N'Zonzi, who has become a real superstar for them.
This draw is as tough as Arsenal's draw for me but it's not a 50/50 because Leicester have only really turned up for one game this season.
Charlie's verdict: Sevilla to qualify
I think it's a tough draw for Manchester United. Saint-Etienne are always a side who have a lot of strong physical players and they've already held Monaco and PSG to draws in Ligue 1 this season.
It's a lovely historical club. I remember watching them at Hamden Park in the 1976 European Cup final and I've followed them ever since.
We're obviously talking about a tie in a couple of months and it may depend on where Manchester United are in the top-four race as to what sort of side Jose Mourinho commits to this competition.
I do make United favourites but not really strong ones.
Charlie's verdict: Manchester United to qualify
It won't be a big pull for fans to come to Wembley but the incentives are there, especially with Sevilla and the other regular contenders not in the competition.
Spurs have got a few Belgian players in their team and they won't want to be embarrassed. It would be a pretty big upset if they were.
As it stands right now, despite what happened on Sunday, I would tip Spurs as the favourites to win this competition with the way Mauricio Pochettino treats it seriously.
It was a very different situation when they rested players against Dortmund last year with a title race on their hands. Pochettino will be looking at this as a real opportunity to get back in the Champions League and win his first trophy.
