Eintracht Frankfurt will "double up" on Eden Hazard in a bid to mark Chelsea's talisman out of Thursday's Europa League semi-final first leg.

Head coach Adi Hutter has revealed that Frankfurt will look to put two men on the Belgium international at all times during the Commerzbank Arena clash.

He insisted hounding Hazard will be the only way to stop the in-demand 28-year-old, who continues to be courted by Real Madrid over a possible summer transfer.

Hutter said: "He is one of the best players in the world, who other big clubs want to have.

"In duels he is great, very dynamic. You have to double up on him and you have to try to take him out of the game.

"With his qualities he is one of the top three in the world."

Chelsea are still pressing for a top-four Premier League finish and Europa League glory in a bid for Champions League qualification for next term.

The Blues must find a way to nullify Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic, however, with the 21-year-old Serbian boasting 26 goals for club and country this term.

Hutter insists Chelsea are favourites to progress to the final, claiming Blues boss Maurizio Sarri's men boast a "dynamic" approach.

He added: "A coach like that needs some time, they are dynamic and I can clearly see Sarri's handwriting in this team.

"It is an interesting team and an interesting coach.

"Chelsea are a Champions League team, with David Luiz, Gonzalo Higuain, Cesar Azpilicueta. It is a pure Champions League team.

"I did say they are the favourites. But we will have our chances, it is two matches and we can hurt an opponent."
