Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang won't be leaving Borussia Dortmund this season, the Gabon international has confirmed.

Aubameyang has been linked with a move to the Premier League in recent weeks, but has moved to end speculation regarding his future.

The Bundesliga's top scorer already has 18 league goals to his name in 2015/16 and has netted 27 goals in 26 appearances in all competitions this term.

The 26-year-old moved to Dortmund from Saint-Etienne in July 2013 and after spells in Ligue 1 and Serie A, the striker says he is 'very happy' in Germany.

Aubameyang's impressive displays continue to draw attention, and he hopes to continue to thrive in his current surroundings and improve even further.

"I am very happy here," Aubameyang told German magazine Kicker. "The people here accept me for who I am. Dortmund has become my second home.

"I learnt a lot through the clubs I've played for previously [AC Milan, Dijon, Lille, Monaco] both negative and positive. It's made me a better person.

"Every goal I score feels like the first. It's a special feeling to play in front of these fans. I don't know my limits yet. I set personal goals every season, that's very important to me. I have improved in every year I've been at Dortmund."
