Cristiano Ronaldo was presented with his fifth Ballon d'Or ahead of Real Madrid's game with Sevilla

Cristiano Ronaldo paraded his record-equalling fifth Ballon d'Or to Real Madrid fans on Saturday ahead of the club's La Liga clash with Sevilla.

Ronaldo was presented with the award in Paris on Thursday - pulling level with long-time rival Lionel Messi, who is the only other player to have won the title five times.

It is the fourth time in five years that Ronaldo has been awarded the accolade, having first received the trophy back in 2008.

Ronaldo took to the pitch at the Bernabeu on Saturday afternoon to parade his set of trophies in front of 85,000 Real supporters.

The Portugal international then scored twice as Madrid ran out comfortable 5-0 winners over the Andalusians.
