Gareth Bale was sent off after kicking and then pushing Las Palmas' Jonathan Viera

See how Gareth Bale lost his cool and got sent off during Real Madrid's La Liga clash with Las Palmas on Wednesday.

The Welshman, who has missed much of the season through injury, picked up two yellow cards in quick succession when the scores were level at 1-1 at the Bernabeu.

The first was for a clip on the heels of opposition captain Jonathan Viera after 47 minutes and the Las Palmas player pushed him on the shoulder in retaliation.

But Bale responded with fury - shoving Viera - and earning a second yellow card and a subsequent red.

Things got worse for Real with 10 men as they fell 3-1 down before the game reached the hour mark with Viera - the man involved in the Bale incident - scoring a 56th-minute penalty.

Real eventually fought back to draw 3-3 with two goals in the final four minutes of the match.
