Jorge Sampaoli: Sevilla should have beaten Leicester by greater margin

Sevilla head coach Jorge Sampaoli declared himself disappointed that his side did not beat Leicester by a greater margin in their Champions League last-16 first leg on Wednesday.
The La Liga team dominated the first half but only led 1-0 at the break, with Kasper Schemichel keeping out a penalty and making several other saves.
Although Joaquin Correa scored a second for the hosts in the 62nd minute, Jamie Vardy grabbed an away goal to keep Leicester firmly in the tie ahead of the return leg on March 14.
"It is difficult to imagine such a big difference [between the sides] in a Champions League game," said Sampaoli, who watched the game from the stands as he was serving a touchline ban.
"I am happy with how the game went because we had chances, but disappointed with the result because we deserved more."

Sevilla are third in La Liga while champions Leicester are one point and one place above the relegation zone in the Premier League.
The contrasting domestic form was largely obvious throughout the match at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan and the hosts could have put themselves in a more comfortable position at the halfway stage of the tie if they had taken their chances.
"We were far superior in the development of the game, with 10 clear, scoring chances," said Sampaoli. "They did very little but succeeded in the end. I think we deserved a bit more.
"We had all sorts of chances but hit the post and crossbar. Our opponents only had a few chances, but now we have to go to Leicester for the win. We wanted to confuse our opponents a bit by getting our forwards to change positions.
"Still, it was possible to create many chances against a team that sat very deep. That's not easy."
