Ousmane Dembele is a doubt for Barcelona's Champions League semi-final second-leg clash with Liverpool after sustaining a hamstring injury at Celta Vigo.
The French winger lasted less than 10 minutes in the 2-0 La Liga defeat before being forced off in Barcelona's first league defeat since November.
Barca, who take a 3-0 lead into Tuesday's Anfield encounter, rested several key players at the Estadio de Balaidos with the league title already secure.
A club statement confirmed Dembele had "suffered a muscular injury in his right hamstring" and was set for further tests on Sunday.
And Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde said the news was a 'major blow' ahead of the Liverpool game.
"He is an important player for us and it is a major blow with the big games we have coming up," Valverde said.
"I didn't replace him with Philippe Coutinho as I didn't want to run any more risks."
Defender Jean-Clair Todibo also went off during the second half, but Valverde hopes the problem was not as serious.
