Barcelona were awarded a bizarre penalty in their win against Eibar as Jordi Alba appeared to trip over his own feet in the box before the referee pointed to the spot.
Trailing 2-1 in the match, Alba charged into the box before going over with no defenders around him and, to the fury of the Eibar players, referee Alejandro Hernandez awarded Lionel Messi the opportunity to level for Barca.
The Argentine saw his effort saved by Yoel in the Eibar goal, but Luis Enrique's side still managed to win the game as Luis Suarez soon equalised before Messi himself redeemed himself with another spot-kick, before adding a fine fourth late on to seal a 4-2 win.
Victory was irrelevant, though, as Real Madrid won 2-0 at Malaga to stay ahead of Barcelona and win the La Liga title on the final day of the season.
