Barcelona have agreed a deal with Paris Saint-Germain to sign left-back Lucas Digne on a five-year deal.
The 22-year-old joins the club for £14m, with individual and team performance-related add-ons potentially raising the figure by a further £3.3m.
Digne, who spent last season on loan at Roma after falling down the pecking order at PSG, will arrive in Barcelona on Thursday to undergo a medical.
Barcelona revealed that Digne's buy-out clause was set at £50m after joining PSG from Lille in 2013 as one of the most promising young defenders in Ligue 1.
In a statement the club said: "FC Barcelona have reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain FC to sign the 22-year-old French player Lucas Digne for the next five seasons.
"His pace on the left makes him a threat going forward as does his excellent technical quality on the ball. Provided he passes his medical, he will be presented to the public at the Nou Camp on Thursday afternoon followed by his first press conference."
Digne follows fellow Frenchman Samuel Umtiti to the club after the Catalan giants announced his transfer on Tuesday as Barcelona continue to prepare to for their opening pre-season fixture against Celtic in Dublin on July 30.
