Lionel Messi tore up the record books again as he became the first player to score 300 La Liga goals with two strikes in Barcelona's 3-1 win at Sporting Gijon.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner entered the 300 club on 24 minutes with a crisp strike into the bottom corner at El Molinon on Wednesday evening.
