A dramatic La Liga season has gone down to the wire, and Sky Sports will bring you the final day live as Real Madrid and Barcelona battle it out.
The three-horse became two last weekend after Atletico Madrid's defeat by Levante, meaning Barcelona must hold off competition from rivals Real to win a 24th La Liga crown.
Barca, a point ahead of Real in the standings, go to Granada at 4pm on Saturday, live on Sky Sports 4 HD with coverage starting at 3.30pm, while Real Madrid are at Deportivo, coverage starting at 3.55pm, on Sky Sports 3 HD.
With the head-to-head record separating sides rather than goal difference, Barca's superior record over Real this season (5-2 on aggregate) means Zinedine Zidane's side must win and hope Barca draw or lose to take the title.
David Moyes and Gaizka Mendieta will be in the Sky Sports studio to analyse the game pre and post-match, while Guillem Balague will be in Granada for Barcelona's clash, and Gary Cotterill in A Coruna to cover Real Madrid.
There will be regular crossovers to each ground and as-it-stands tables to keep you up-to-date with the standings as the goals go in.
At the other end of the table, there are still places to be decided, with Rayo Vallecano, Sporting Gijon and Getafe battling it out to avoid the drop on Sunday evening.
Getafe go to Real Betis, with live coverage from 6.25pm on Sky Sports 2 HD, while Sporting Gijon v Villarreal (red button, Sky Sports Xtra and iPad) and Rayo v Levante (red button and iPad) also kick off at 6.30pm.
