Joe McKee has been banned for four games after allegedly making remarks to Dean Shiels relating to him being blind in one eye.
Falkirk striker Kevin O'Hara has already been suspended for eight matches for abuse aimed at Shiels in the 2-0 win over Dunfermline on October 7.
Ex-Rangers midfielder Shiels had an operation to have his right eye removed in 2006 following an accident when he was eight years old.
Shiels was sent off towards the end of the match for a heavy challenge on McKee.
Dunfermline boss Allan Johnston stated after match: "I think there were maybe some poor remarks made towards Dean."
