Neil Lennon believes Hibernian have "huge" potential after winning the Scottish Championship and ending their three-year absence from the top flight.
A 3-0 victory over Queen of the South, coupled with Falkirk's 2-2 draw with St Mirren, means Hibs wrapped up the title with three games to spare.
Hibs will now continue their defence of the Scottish Cup in the semi-finals next week against Aberdeen - and that could set up a final meeting with Lennon's old club, Celtic.
Lennon told Sky Sports: "I'm very proud. It is a great day for the club. You can see what it means to so many people.
"It's a great club and we are back in the big league. We are delighted with that. That was the priority.
"We played brilliantly today, as they have done for the majority of the season. We have got the semi-final to look forward to now so that has set us up very well.
"Another year in the Championship would have been really damaging but now we can look the other way and we can look forward.
"The potential here is huge, as I have seen in my time up here as a player and as a manager.
"Off the back of the cup win and now with the promotion, the players have done really great things here."
