Nir Bitton and Mikael Lustig return to Celtic's squad for the Champions League tie against Borussia Monchengladbach on Wednesday.
The duo sat out last Saturday's 2-0 home win over Motherwell after returning from the international break with Israel and Sweden respectively carrying knocks.
Midfielder Tom Rogic is also in contention to start at Celtic Park after he was rested for the victory over Mark McGhee's side following a long journey home after turning out twice for Australia.
But Monchengladbach director of sport Max Eberl does not have the same luxury of the fully-fit squad afforded to Celtic counterpart Brendan Rodgers as injuries have forced a number of changes to his side.
Brazil forward Raffael (leg), Danish defender Andreas Christensen (muscle), Belgium's Thorgan Hazard (knee) and USA international Fabian Johnson (cold) are all ruled out and have not travelled with the remainder of the squad to Glasgow.
"The number of injuries hurt us, of course, but our squad is big enough to cope," said Eberl. "Now, other players have to jump into the breach."
The two clubs will meet again at Gladbach's Borussia Park stadium in a fortnight.
The game has been dubbed 'the battle for third place' in Group C with both teams behind Manchester City and Barcelona, who play each other at the Nou Camp on Wednesday evening.
