Kieran Tierney admits he has no time to sit and reflect on his "crazy" progress as he concentrates on maintaining Celtic's lead in the Premiership table.
The 18-year-old made his 29th appearance for Celtic in their goalless draw against Dundee on Tuesday, just under a year since making his debut at Dens Park.
But the left-back, who made his Scotland debut last week, was more concerned with Celtic's failure to extend their lead over Aberdeen to seven points.
Tierney told Celtic TV: "It's roughly a year so it was good to be back where I made my debut, but I'm disappointed with the result."
Asked about his progress, he said: "I can never get my head round it, it's been crazy, it's been so fast. The stuff I've done and the games I have played in have been, it's been crazy.
"For us all, we need to get our heads back and go and beat Motherwell on Saturday so that's our focus."
Celtic meet a Motherwell team on the back of a five-match winning run looking to guarantee their top-six status, and they could be just two points ahead of Aberdeen when they run out at Fir Park on Saturday given Aberdeen face Hearts on Friday night.
And Tierney knows they will have to fight their way to a fifth consecutive title.
"Every game from here to the end of the season is going to be tough," he added. "We need to battle it out then play football, and we need to score goals.
"It's in our hands, we just need to bounce back and go and win on Saturday."
