Neil Lennon and Jim Duffy have been charged by the Scottish Football Association following their touchline bust-up last week.
Hibernian head coach Lennon, and his Morton counterpart Duffy, clashed at Easter Road last Wednesday during their Scottish Championship match, which ended goalless.
The SFA said Lennon breached disciplinary rule 203, committing misconduct on three occasions by 'adopting an aggressive attitude' to Morton striker Kudus Oyenuga, Duffy and match officials.
Lennon and Duffy were both sent to the stands by referee Nick Walsh, while Morton assistant manager Craig McPherson has also been charged.
Problems began when Oyenuga was dismissed for a foul on Hibs defender Jordon Foster.
Lennon, Duffy and McPherson have until April 11 to respond to the notice of complaint while a hearing date has been set for nine days later.
