Nicky Clark warns Dundee all-out attack could benefit Rangers

Nicky Clark has warned Dundee they will play right into Rangers' hands if they go on the attack in the Sky Live Scottish Cup quarter-final on Saturday.
The Rangers striker expects Paul Hartley's side to start on the front foot but insists he would be happy to see Dundee charge forward believing it will allow Rangers to exploit any spaces.
"In some games we play in our league (Scottish Championship) a lot of teams sit in and make it difficult for us," he said. "If Dundee come out and have a go at us, then it might suit us."
But Clark is under no illusions about the threat that Dundee possess, including former Rangers striker Kane Hemmings, who has scored 20 goals this season.
"We watched a bit of them after training and we know what they are capable of," added Clark. "They are a good team but we are looking forward to it.

"Kane Hemmings has scored a lot of goals for them this season, and boys like Greg Stewart and Rory Loy beside him as well. So they will be dangerous."
It will be Championship leaders Rangers' third meeting with Premiership opposition this season, having lost 3-1 to St Johnstone in the League Cup at Ibrox last September and beaten Kilmarnock 2-1 after a replay in the previous round of the Scottish Cup.
Dundee go into the game on the back of a battling 0-0 draw at Celtic in midweek and Clark says that result shows home advantage may count for little on Saturday.
"We know what they are capable of but the manager will make sure we are ready," he added. "They got a really good result the other night at Parkhead, so we know what we are up against.
"We are happy the draw is at Ibrox, I'd say that, but I wouldn't go as far to say we are favourites."
Rangers will again be without top scorer Martyn Waghorn, who remains sidelined with a knee injury, but Clark, who scored Rangers' winner against Kilmarnock in the previous round, is happy to be given a chance to show what he can do.
"It's been unfortunate for Martyn, he's done brilliant for us and you don't like to see anybody getting injured," he said. "But it's how football works sometimes. Somebody gets an injury and somebody else gets a chance so hopefully I take it.
"As a football player I want to play every game possible but we have a great squad here, a lot of good forward players and if you get a chance to start then you have to take it."
