On a sun-drenched afternoon down at a feisty Vitality on Saturday, the sprinklers decided to give the players an impromptu early shower.
It was a slightly bad-tempered 1-1 draw between midtable Bournemouth and Wolves, one which produced 25 fouls and 10 yellows, as well as three penalties and a bloodied face for visiting midfielder Joao Moutinho.
All of which may explain why, in stoppage time at the end of the contest, all the sprinklers suddenly just went off, soaking all the players in the process!
