Can Man City keep Leicester's attacking players quiet? Will Jurgen Klopp hand Christian Benteke an all-too-rare league start against Sunderland? Can Harry Kane maintain his recent impressive form in front of goal?
After yet another enthralling round of fixtures in midweek, the Premier League returns again this weekend and there are some mouthwatering contests at both the top and bottom of the table.
So with all that and more to look forward to, here's what to keep an eye out for on Saturday and Sunday…
Will West Ham become the first team to score against Forster this season? (Southampton v West Ham - Saturday Night Football, 5.30pm)
Since returning from a serious knee injury in January, Southampton goalkeeper Fraser Forster has yet to concede a goal, a run stretching back four Premier League matches.
So all eyes will be on St Mary's to see if the giant shot-stopper, who turned in a man-of-the-match display at the Emirates in midweek, can make it five shut-outs in a row against West Ham United on Saturday Night Football.
And if the England international does achieve the feat, it will be the first time the Saints have kept five successive clean sheets in the league since March 2001.
Can Man City stop the away specialists? (Manchester City v Leicester City - Saturday, 12.45pm)
Leicester City have won the most points away from home in this campaign (25), but title rivals Man City are tough to beat at home, having dropped just eight points at the Etihad all season.
The Foxes passed their first test in a potentially season-defining run with a 2-0 victory over Liverpool in midweek, but tougher examinations at City and Arsenal could prove more difficult.
If City, who have posted clean sheets in four of their last five league games, can shut out Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez, they'll give themselves an excellent chance of finishing the weekend joint top of the table.
Will Swansea's stingy home defence blunt Palace? (Swansea City v Crystal Palace - Saturday, 3pm)
Alan Pardew brought in Emmanuel Adebayor with the intention of sharpening Palace's struggling strikeforce, but the former Arsenal man couldn't salvage a point against Bournemouth on Tuesday.
He was always likely to be short of match fitness, but the Eagles will be hoping the Togolese gets up to speed sooner rather than later.
However, the omens don't look good against Alan Curtis' improving Swansea side, who have kept three clean sheets in their last four league games.
Palace, meanwhile, haven't scored in their last three top-flight games on their travels.
Can Barkley continue his red-hot form in the Potteries? (Stoke City v Everton - Saturday, 3pm)
Everton midfielder Ross Barkley heads to the Britannia in eye-catching form after his brace against Newcastle United on Wednesday night.
The England international has now scored eight Premier League goals this season, more than he has managed in any previous campaign in his Toffees career.
And with the 22-year-old having also contributed seven assists so far in the league this season - more than any other Englishman - Stoke City will need to keep a close eye on him in the Potteries on Saturday.
Will Klopp finally trust the Reds' big-money summer signing? (Liverpool v Sunderland - Saturday, 3pm)
Liverpool host relegation-threatened Sunderland on Saturday having failed to score in their past three games.
So perhaps this is the time for boss Jurgen Klopp to hand £32.5m summer signing Christian Benteke a rare start in the Premier League?
The Belgian, who scored the winner when these sides met at the Stadium of Light in December, has a liking for the Black Cats having netted six goals in seven league appearances against them.
Can in-form Kane keep Spurs' title bid on track? (Tottenham v Watford - Saturday, 3pm)
Third-placed Tottenham Hotspur will hope striker Harry Kane can maintain his recent form in front of goal when they entertain Watford on Saturday afternoon.
The England international has scored 14 goals in his last 15 Premier League appearances for the club after a slow start to the season.
And if the 22-year-old's goals can help see off the Hornets, then Spurs will have a great chance of closing the gap on the top two in the table, who meet at the Etihad earlier that day.
Will one of these relegation strugglers finally record a morale-boosting win? (Aston Villa v Norwich City - Saturday, 3pm)
Bottom-of-the-table Aston Villa take on fellow strugglers Norwich City at Villa Park on Saturday afternoon with both sides in desperate need of three points.
Remi Garde's men head into this crucial fixture having won just one of their last 12 Premier League home games, scoring eight goals in that time.
The Canaries, meanwhile, have won only one of their previous 11 league matches on the road.
So can one of these relegation-threatened teams claim a morale-boosting victory to breathe new life into their faltering campaigns?
Can Wijnaldum lift the gloom on Tyneside? (Newcastle v West Brom - Saturday, 3pm)
Newcastle United may have splashed the cash in the January transfer window, but they will once again be looking to a player they signed last summer for inspiration when West Bromwich Albion visit the north east on Saturday.
Georginio Wijnaldum has been one of the club's few shining lights in what has been a desperately disappointing campaign so far.
The Dutchman has scored nine goals and assisted one more in 12 Premier League appearances at St James' Park this season, and Steve McClaren will be hoping his main man can deliver the goods against the Baggies.
Will Arsenal get their title challenge back on track on Super Sunday? (Bournemouth v Arsenal - Super Sunday, 1.30pm)
Arsenal travel to the Vitality Stadium on Sunday lunchtime having slipped to fourth in the table after failing to win any of their last four Premier League games.
Arsene Wenger's side have also not scored in their previous three league matches and with the club now five points adrift of Leicester City at the top of the table, this tricky trip to the South Coast is a must-win fixture for them in many ways.
Can the Red Devils end their Stamford Bridge hoodoo? (Chelsea v Manchester United - Super Sunday, 4pm)
Manchester United just do not like playing at Stamford Bridge, having won just one of their last 13 trips to Chelsea in the Premier League.
However, with Louis van Gaal's side currently five points adrift of Arsenal in the fourth and final Champions League berth for next season, Sunday would be the ideal time to put an end to their poor recent record in west London.
