David Wagner says Huddersfield Town have to accept criticism over their goalscoring record in the Premier League this season.
Huddersfield's two goals so far this season makes them the top flight's lowest scorers and leaves them with the worst goal difference (-9) in the division.
Wagner believes his side have deserved more than just the two points they have earned from their five league games but does admit he has to address their concerning lack of goals.
"It was very obvious that the performance we showed last week was a good one offensively and defensively. Unfortunately we did not pick up any points," he said ahead of Saturday's trip to Leicester.
"We know where our problem is. We know our goalscoring record is not the best and we have to accept that criticism.
"We know we performed well, we know we were able to create opportunities and we know we were hard to break down.
"As long as (criticism) is right and correct, like the goal-shooting issue, I have no complaints.
"It makes no sense to run away. Face it, accept it and turn it.
"This isn't new for us - we faced it last season and in the Championship season and we solved it and reached our target."
Still searching for their first league win, Wagner is not underestimating the quality of Claude Puel's side ahead of Saturday's fixture.
"A very good opponent with top quality," he said. "For me, Leicester together with Everton, apart from the top six, are maybe the two teams with the best individual quality and best squad. This is for sure a difficult task we face tomorrow."
Huddersfield welcome back Jonathan Hogg from suspension for the trip to the King Power and Wagner hopes his return can spark competition for places in his midfield.
"It is good to have Hoggy back. He is an aggressive leader and it is important to have him back in the squad," Wagner added.
"He will help us for sure tomorrow, but for how long we will see.
"It's also important for Aaron (Mooy) and Phil (Billing) to know they have someone who can wants to come back into the team and they have to continue performing consistently. We have this kind of competition in many positions in our squad.
"This is why I am fine with what I have seen, I'm not fine with the points we have. We are ready and want to try and use our next opportunity."
