Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner has confirmed the club have not received any bids for striker Nahki Wells, but will listen to serious offers for the player.

Wells - who joined Huddersfield from Bradford for a club-record fee in 2014 - is in to the final year of his contract at the John Smith's stadium, with Sky Bet Championship side Reading reportedly interested in the 27-year-old.

Meanwhile, the Terriers have signed two strikers this summer in preparation for their first season in the Premier League.

Steve Mounie, 22, signed in a club-record deal from Montepellier while Belgium striker Laurent Depoitre, 28, joined from Porto in June.

As a result, Wells has been linked with move away from Huddersfield, though Wagner stated no official bid has been submitted.

Wells has scored 49 goals in 153 appearances for Huddersfield and featured as part of the play-off winning side over Reading at Wembley in May.
