Swansea have received a welcome boost after loan player Renato Sanches returned to the club as he battles back from a serious hamstring injury.
The Portuguese midfielder has not played since he was injured at the end of January and has spent time rehabilitating at parent club Bayern Munich.
Sanches will now be assessed by the Swans' medical staff ahead of a possible return to action as Carlos Carvalhal's side attempt to retain their Premier League status, with the club currently five points above the bottom three.
The 20-year-old has made 15 appearances to date, including four under Carvalhal, who will be hoping he can add to that tally before the end of the season.
Swansea play Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday - live on Sky Sports - followed by a home game with Chelsea on April 28.
They then face Bournemouth before playing fellow strugglers Southampton and Stoke in their final two games of the season.
