Swansea coaches Pep Clotet, James Beattie and Kristian O'Leary have all left the club following the sacking of Garry Monk.
Clotet, who was promoted from academy consultant to assistant manager in May 2014, had been touted as a possible candidate to take over at the Liberty Stadium.
However, Sky sources reported he was out of the running just hours after Monk's exit on Wednesday afternoon.
And the 38-year-old Spaniard has now joined Monk in leaving Swansea along with former England striker Beattie and Under 21s coach O'Leary, who ends an almost unbroken 20-year spell at the club as either player or coach.
First team coach Alan Curtis took training at Swansea on Thursday morning while the club decide on a replacement for Monk.
Gus Poyet and David Moyes are the front-runners in the betting to succeed Monk who lost his job after a run of just one win in 10 Premier League games - a run which has left Swansea 15th in the table, just one point outside the relegation zone.
Former Swansea manager Roberto Martinez, now in charge at Everton spoke of his admiration for Monk, who was club captain during his time in south Wales.
"What he has achieved there is nothing short of remarkable," Martinez said. "What he achieved last season will be in history for a long time."
"I am sure he is going to have a refreshing break period and will be ready to come back.
"Ideally you want to see long-term projects and managers being able to put things into place but it's not a subject of debate."
Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri was the last manager to beat Monk - Riyad Mahrez scoring a hat-trick in a 3-0 win last Saturday - and he also expressed his sympathy.
"I'm very sad Garry Monk has lost his job as they played very well without scoring goals. I'm so sorry," he said.
