Oldham v Blackpool preview

Image: Danny Philliskirk: Set to face his former club

Defender Cameron Dummigan is back in contention for Oldham's Sky Bet League One relegation battle with Blackpool at Boundary Park.

The 19-year-old, who last week extended his loan from Burnley, has recovered from a knock but manager John Sheridan, with Connor Brown still suspended, may decide to stick with an unchanged back four.

Latics recorded a clean sheet as they beat Shrewsbury for their first win since November in midweek, a victory that was also the club's first since Sheridan returned as manager.

With no new striker acquired in the January transfer window, Sheridan must continue to choose between Jonathan Forte, Dominic Poleon, Jake Cassidy and Rhys Murphy for places up front.

Oldham's top scorer this season, Danny Philliskirk, will actually be playing for Blackpool following his January move to the Fylde coast.

Philliskirk could feature in an unchanged Seasiders side bidding to extend their unbeaten league run to five matches.

Manager Neil McDonald has no new injury or suspension problems and on-loan Liverpool teenager Lloyd Jones remains the only long-term absentee with an ankle problem.
