Curtis Tilt's first goal for the club earned Blackpool a first win in five matches with a 2-1 triumph over Bury at Bloomfield Road.
Chris Maguire came close for Bury after 20 minutes with a dipping free-kick that glanced the crossbar on its way over.
But Blackpool took the lead after 38 minutes as Sean Longstaff slid the ball across the six-yard box and Kelvin Mellor was able to tap into an empty net.
Just a minute after the interval, Bury came within inches of equalising through Callum Reilly, whose fierce effort from the edge of the area whistled over the bar.
And the visitors were level after 58 minutes through Jermaine Beckford, who latched on to Harry Bunn's low cross and poked home his eighth of the season.
Against the run of play, Blackpool had their winner after 73 minutes as Tilt powered in a six-yard header from Andy Taylor's corner.
But Bury, manager by former Blackpool boss Lee Clark, almost grabbed an added-time equaliser as Jay O'Shea's shot hit the post.
