Leeds have offered Chris Wood a three-year contract extension, according to Sky sources.
The 25-year-old New Zealand international has been in prolific form for Leeds, who he joined two summers ago.
And reports recently emerged that the Championship club had rejected a £12m bid from Burnley, while other Premier League sides have also shown an interest in the striker.
Wood has netted more than 40 goals for Leeds, including one on the opening weekend of the current season at Bolton.
Sky sources reported on August 11 that Leeds had turned down a bid totalling £16m for the striker from an unnamed Premier League club, understood not to be Burnley.
It would seem that Elland Road bosses are intent on snubbing any further bids, with their new deal designed to keep their star asset tied down until 2020.
Leeds have already secured new deals for midfielder Eunan O'Kane and defenders Gaetano Berardi and Liam Cooper.
