West Ham's latest bid of £6m for Hull City midfielder Robert Snodgrass has been rejected, according to Sky sources.
The Hammers had initially made a bid of £3m for the Scotland international, which was rebuffed and a further offer of £5m failed to win any favour with the board at the KCOM stadium.
Snodgrass, who is under contract until 2018, has been a key performer for Hull this season despite the club's troubles, but in December turned down the chance to commit his long-term future to the club.
New Tigers manager Marco Silva started the Scot in the club's EFL Cup semi-final first leg against Manchester United at Old Trafford and he also featured against Bournemouth on Saturday, January 14.
Speaking ahead of the weekend game, Silva insisted Snodgrass was not for sale, while stressing it was imperative that the club added players to the squad, not get rid of them.
Slaven Bilic is keen to strengthen his West Ham squad as he looks to spark a revival in their fortunes amid continuing uncertainty over the future of Dimitri Payet.
Hull moved off the bottom of the Premier League after securing only their fourth win of the campaign against Bournemouth.
