Match in a Minute: Hull 0-2 Stoke
Saturday 22 October 2016 19:42, UK
Watch as Phil Thompson reflects on Hull City's clash with Stoke City at the KCOM Stadium.
Xherdan Shaqiri scored two sensational goals as Stoke cruised to a 2-0 win on Humberside.
The Potters opened the scoring on 26 minutes when Shaqiri was given too much space to cut inside on to his left foot, punishing the hosts with a wonderful strike that curled into the top corner.
And it took just five minutes of the second half for Stoke to double their lead, as Shaqiri curved a sumptuous free-kick over the wall and into the bottom corner of David Marshall's net.
The result was Stoke's 100th win since gaining promotion to the Premier League and saw them move out of the relegation zone following a run of four games unbeaten.
