Christian Fuchs has signed a new one-year deal with Leicester City, keeping him at the King Power Stadium until the end of the 2019/20 Premier League season.
The 33-year-old has made 96 Premier League appearances since joining the club from Schalke in 2015 and he is looking forward to spending a fifth season with the club.
Speaking to LCFC.com, Fuchs said: "I'm thrilled to be signing a new one-year deal with Leicester City.
"It's an exciting time for everyone, with a new training ground being built and some fantastic young talent coming through.
"Our ambition is to play good football and continue to improve. The club and our fans have always been great with me and I want to give back as much as possible.
"I can't wait to see what next season brings for this football club!"
Fuchs has been limited to three Premier League appearances, and eight in all competitions, for Leicester this season with Ben Chilwell emerging as first choice left-back.
But the Austrian, who made 32 appearances during Leicester's title-winning campaign in 2015/16, offers experienced cover for Brendan Rodgers on the left side of his defence.
