Christian Fuchs says Leicester are not paying any attention to the Premier League title race as they chase qualification for next season's Europa League.
The Foxes face league-leaders Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Monday, live on Sky Sports Premier League.
City will retain the league title if they win their two remaining fixtures, but Fuchs says Leicester are only focused on a result that boosts their chances of European football.
"Our ambition is to play good football, to develop ourselves," the defender told Sky Sports News. "Next season we definitely want to be better again.
"Over the last couple of months we have really developed a lot with our new manager. It's a great joy to come to Leicester and play for the team.
"We want to win [in Manchester]. We're not thinking about who is going to be champions, that's not our game.
"We want to play a good game, have a good performance. If we get something it helps us with our ambitions to qualify for Europe.
"Whether Manchester City or Liverpool become champions is none of our business."
Fuchs is out of contract at the end of the season and is expected to leave Leicester for the MLS so he can be closer to his family.
"I'm weighing my options up right now," he said. "It's no secret that I want to go to New York to join my family and be a regular father, not a hop-on, hop-off one.
"But you never know, maybe you'll see Christian Fuchs in the Premier League against next year. I don't know yet."
