Leicester's chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha has urged fans to back the club's manager Claude Puel.

In a club statement released on Friday, he said: "Our manager Claude Puel, our coaching staff and the players have my full support, and I would ask you to also get behind them tomorrow afternoon, and let your voices be heard.

"As I write this, we still have three important Premier League matches to play, games in which I want us to stand together, proudly - players, staff and supporters - and fight to cross the finishing line in the strongest way possible.

"At the heart of our football club is a spirit and determination to fight for everything - for points, for league positions and for each other. No matter what is at stake, Foxes never quit."

Sky Sports News reported earlier on Friday that the club's owners would offer their support to the Frenchman.

Puel has come under increasing pressure and been the subject of media reports questioning his future with the club as the 2017-18 Premier League season comes to a conclusion.

Leicester's form has been poor over the last month, with Puel's team taking just one point from their last four games, and they were thrashed 5-0 by Crystal Palace last weekend.
