Craig Shakespeare is close to completing his first transfer since signing a three-year contract as manager of Leicester, with a deal for Hull defender Harry Maguire close to completion, Sky sources understand.
It is understood negotiations between Leicester and Hull for the 24-year-old defender are at an advanced stage, in a deal which could be worth up to £17m.
As yet there is no confirmation from either club, but it's thought the deal could be completed by the weekend.
Maguire made 26 appearances for the Tigers last season, scoring three times as the club ultimately succumbed to relegation.
The centre-back became one of the standout performers in Marco Silva's side, impressing with a string of mature displays which belied his lack of Premier League experience.
Maguire joined Hull in the summer of 2014 for just £2.5m from boyhood club Sheffield United, having made 166 appearances for the Blades.
He spent the 2014/15 season on loan at Wigan, before playing a major part in Hull's Championship promotion via the play-offs the season after.
Maguire, who is an England U21 international, was named Sheffield United's player of the season for three consecutive years in 2011, 2012 and 2013.
He was also crowned Hull's players' player and fans' player of the season for 2016/17.
