Leicester goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is to have a hernia operation on Monday but manager Claudio Ranieri does not think he will miss any action.
The Denmark international was substituted during the second half of Saturday's 2-1 win over Swansea, having waved to the bench after charging out to make a clearance.
However, Ranieri said that the surgery had already been scheduled for Monday, because Schmeichel has been nursing a hernia problem for a few weeks.
"Kasper played the last month with a little hernia and Monday he will have an operation," said the Leicester boss.
"It will take four or five days but then he will be ready for the next match.
"It was in the program Monday and he wanted to play today but after he felt something, so we make the change."
The Premier League now goes on a short hiatus for the international break and Schmeichel is expected to be fit for the trip to Liverpool on 10 September.
Summer signing Ron-Robert Zieler came off the bench to replace Schmeichel on Saturday making his debut for the club.
