Leicester City have been crowned Premier League champions for the first time thanks to Chelsea drawing 2-2 against title contenders Tottenham.
Eden Hazard scored the equaliser with seven minutes to spare on Monday night, sparking wild scenes of celebration all over the city of Leicester.
Martin Tyler was on commentary duty for the game and as ever, he captured the emotion of the moment perfectly.
