Leeds goalkeeper Felix Wiedwald gifted QPR's Pawel Wszolek a goal with a horrendous error as his side beat the R's 3-1 at Loftus Road.
Leeds were leading 2-0 thanks to two goals from Kemar Roofe when Wiedwald misjudged the bounce of a hopeful loft into the box from Wszolek as the hosts chased the game late on, allowing the ball to bounce over him and into an empty net.
Roofe completed his hat-trick in stoppage time to complete the victory for Leeds and ensure his goalkeeper's blushes were spared in west London.
The result makes it seven points from three games for Thomas Christiansen's side after their alarming dip in form that has seen them fall from the league summit in September to outside of the play-off places.
