Norwich have confirmed the £2.5m transfer of 19-year-old Sergi Canos from Liverpool on a four-year deal.
The winger arrives at the Championship club on the back of an excellent campaign on loan at Brentford last season where he made 39 appearances, scoring seven goals and providing five assists.
Canos rejected the chance to extend his contract with Liverpool this summer and had the choice between the Canaries and Bristol City after the Reds accepted two offers for their youngster last week.
"From the beginning, Norwich showed very good interest and showed that they believe in me," Canos told the club website.
"I'm very excited to be here. Carrow Road impressed me, I've seen videos of it and it looks an amazing atmosphere and I can't wait to play there."
The former Barcelona youth player helped Brentford to a ninth place finish in the Championship last season and was expected to play a full part in Liverpool's pre-season.
Canos returned from his loan spell in May to make his Premier League debut for Liverpool in the 1-1 draw against West Brom on the final day of the league campaign.
Norwich boss Alex Neil will be eager to guide his squad straight back into the top flight after suffering relegation last campaign and he is hopeful the youngster can fulfil his potential at Carrow Road.
"Sergi has a good background having been at Barcelona before moving to Liverpool at a young age," said Neil.
"At Brentford last year he did really well. With Nathan Redmond leaving we wanted to replace him with someone exciting; someone who can dribble, can score goals and can provide assists.
"Hopefully Sergi can show everybody how good he can be."
