After losing 3-0 to Bournemouth, Norwich manager Alex Neil said his side didn't deserve anything out of the game and the best side won.

Norwich boss Alex Neil admits his side did not deserve anything after they went down 3-0 at Bournemouth.

The Canaries fell behind to a Dan Gosling header in the first half, before Charlie Daniels doubled the home side's lead from the spot and Benik Afobe added a late third.

"We didn't deserve anything out of the game," Neil told Sky Sports. "I thought Bournemouth were the better side and I don't think we played well on the day.

"We just didn't do well enough, we didn't win enough second balls and we didn't use the ball well enough when we had it. Defensively we got caught on a couple of things we'd spoken about before the game, which was disappointing."

Despite the display, Neil says his side will not dwell on it as they look ahead to their home game with Liverpool next Saturday.
