Alex Neil hails crucial Norwich City win at Manchester United

Alex Neil has challenged his Norwich City side to build on their "crucial" victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Goals in either half from Cameron Jerome and Alexander Tettey inflicted United's first home league defeat of the season as the Canaries' claimed a first victory at the Theatre of Dreams since 1989.
And, speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Neil was pleased to see his players reap the rewards from a fine display.
"The result is great, it's always nice to come and beat one of the big boys," he said. "If you look at the team Manchester United put out it wasn't a shadow squad by any means.
"That makes the win all the bit sweeter so I'm delighted for the players. It was fantastic for them, they are the ones who deserve all of the credit.

"It's easy putting game plans together but it's more difficult getting players to actually carry it out and do everything that require.
"When they needed to be big and strong and get themselves in the line of things they did, and when they needed to use the ball they did that as well so the players were fantastic and thoroughly deserved the win.
"The win was crucial, we haven't got as many points as we would have liked, we deserve more than what we've got on the back of performances.
"But we'll take these three today and hopefully move on to [the] next. Hopefully this can kick-start us and we can do a bit better."
Nathan Redmond's mature offensive display was singled out for praise by Neil, who added: "Nathan in particular was fantastic today.
"It was arguably his best performance this season so I hope he'll take huge confidence from that and take it on to next week."
Having missed a gilt-edged chance to earn Norwich victory against Everton last weekend, Neil was asked whether he had to boost Jerome's confidence in the build-up to Saturday's game.
But the Canaries boss was adamant Jerome's display at Old Trafford was evidence of a striker not lacking in self-belief.
"People asked if Cameron would take a lot of picking up after his miss against Everton last week," the Scot added. "The answer is no.
"He'll keep running, keep harrying keep being big and strong for us. He caused United a lot of problems and he deserved the goal he got so I'm delighted for him."
