Mike Dean was right to reverse his decision and not award Cardiff a penalty in Burnley's 2-0 win, says Sean Dyche.
Two goals from Chris Wood all but sealed Burnley's Premier League safety as they now sit in 14th - 11 points clear of the drop zone - with four games left to play.
But in the 47th minute, Mee appeared to handle the ball in the box, and Dean awarded a penalty - only for him to then change his mind after consulting linesman Darren Cann.
Unlike Warnock, Dyche felt the match officials came to the right conclusion.
He told Sky Sports: "I don't think the linesman can make a decision from 70 yards away on the wrong side of his play.
"Mee tries to head it, but it comes at him late over someone's head and he's headed it onto his own arm.
"There's no intention there remotely. I think they've come out with a right decision there. Tough one on Cardiff, but we've had a tough one ourselves this season. It's the right decision in the end.
"The game should have been done at half-time, but it wasn't."
After Burnley registered their third win in a row, Dyche spoke of his admiration for how his team have performed in recent months.
He added: "It's a massive result. A lot of noise about this game, but going into it with two big wins, then going on this run, 27 points from 15 games, is an unbelievable return.
"We made hard work of it, because in the first half I thought we should have been out of sight."
