Ipswich midfielder Teddy Bishop has been charged with breaching the Football Association's betting rules.
The teenager faces allegations of "multiple breaches", according to a short statement from the FA.
New regulations introduced before the start of this season ban players from betting on all matches worldwide and any other football matter.
Bishop, who made 36 appearances after breaking into Town's first team back in August, has until June 1 to answer the charge.
